RMB title/ Role title Logistices Manager
   
    Overall Role Purpose To deliver high quality express services to end customers in a more efficient and safer manner, monitor and manage routine performance of frontline operators to ensure improvement in both service and transit time whilst effectively managing costs based on conutry operations process and regulations
    Reports to Cluster Operations Manager

     4-6 years experience in a service related role, preferably in the Air Express Industry
     2-3 years experience in supervisor / management role (preferable)
    Educational Qualifications Degree (or equivalent)
