Sourcing Manager-Shanghai
   
    This is a senior position working primarily with the Tennant Australia offices covering:
    -The identification and evaluation of Chinese products and suppliers;
    -Proactive identification of new business development opportunities;
    -Working closely with senior management and managers, to ensure corporate objectives are met, while satisfying or exceeding customer's expectations;
    -Preparation and justification of budget and expenditure requests according to corporate requirements.
   
    Ideally, you will have experience in export sales and marketing in a chemical or commodity based field, with an emphasis on international business opportunities. Knowledge and experience of supply evaluation, quality control and logistics procedures would also be required.
   
    Formal qualifications and/or experience in sciences or chemistry related field would be well regarded, as would an ability to develop relationships and networks to achieve business goals. A strong focus on business and negotiation skills is essential and to be effective in the position you will have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Shanghai dialect.
